"You can’t judge an insurance agency by price. Everyone’s record is different, everyone’s car is different, everyone’s needs are different. Personally, i pay less for covering 2 bikes 2 cars and my house than some people pay for their car alone with places like geico or allstate. You’re definitely not in good hands nor is any of this so easy a caveman could do it. It’s complicated and we all know it. I won’t lie, that part (cost) is what has kept me with state farm even when i’ve gotten a bad taste in my mouth once or twice. Nick’s pretty cool. Straight forward. To the point. Detailed. No problem. But you’re not always going to be dealing with Nick directly. Conor has your typical agent tone to him. Not my favorite to work with honestly. So why now does Nick’s office still get 5 stars, you ask? One word. Reneé. And i swear if she ever goes to work for another agent’s office or opens up her own i would not hesitate to find her and switch in a heartbeat just to retain her level of customer service. Wouldn’t even care if i had to pay double just to have her care and concern. She is patient, kind, thorough, not in a hurry to get you off the phone, very clearly descriptive in a day of a million technicalities, did her detective work right then and there when for some reason state farm corporate (im assuming) had 2 pieces of very, very wrong information on my account that could have gone south real quick, didn’t just tell me “she’d call me back” and then i hear from her days later. She stayed with me til something critical was figured out as we both worked in real time to solve a major problem concerning my home. She set tasks to follow up with me even after things were already figured out just for my peace of mind. She works everything out in a way that benefits me and my family the most, and she’s truly just an amazing person that makes everything soooo much better when it comes to how much we all hate having to deal with these things in the first place. As stressful as it all is and can be, she def made me feel at ease by the time we got off the phone. For over an hour at that. Nick, if you actually read this, Reneé should have a platinum plaque on the wall for her level of customer service right when you walk in your door for your clients to see. Dead serious. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do, Reneé."
